Personal Fitness

  In the personal fitness course, students will concentrate on their cardio vascular fitness,   endurance, strength, speed and power that are appropriate to their fitness levels and needs. It is aimed for the students to improve their athletic performance through Personal Fitness Training Programs known as (PFTP).
