This course will : - Focus on advanced skill development for individual and sports performance - Enhance students with their Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, Speed and Strength. - Emphasize the rules of IASAS sports. - Introduce students with principles of Training, Skill Acquisition, Exercise Physiology, Anatomy, Biomechanics, Nutrition and Diet, coaching, officiating, and mental Preparation for competition.
